Tangie is one of the most popular cannabis strains currently, both in Europe and the United States. It's not for nothing, as DNA Genetics has won numerous competitions with this fantastic strain, which comes from their collaboration with Crockett's Farm. The mix of California Orange and a Skunk has resulted in this feminized hybrid with a sativa dominance which undergoes a flowering phase of 63 - 70 days.
It’s one of the crown jewels of this prestigious bank's catalog.
DNA Genetics, in collaboration with the Crockett family Farm, has produced this feminized strain. Up until now, Tangie was only available as a clone, a result of a cross between an old California Orange and a Skunk hybrid.
This strain grows robust and tall, in fact, it continues to stretch well into the fifth week of flowering. What's most remarkable about this strain is the thick layer of resin that coats the buds and leaves.
Its extremely citric taste has made it famous worldwide, replacing the Kush strains at the top of cannabis contests.
Its influence is powerful, activating, cerebral and stimulating. It boasts a 20% THC content.
Most growers will yield between 450 - 550g/m2 rather easily if techniques such as Scrog with mesh are used.
This strain will require between 63 - 70 days of flowering from the photo period change.
In the Northern Hemisphere, it'll be ready for harvest by early or mid-October. In the Southern Hemisphere, it's harvested throughout April.
70% Sativa - 30% Indica
