Type and Genetics
The autoflowering seeds of Sweet Coffee Ryder, now renamed Colombian Gold Ryder, are a result of breeding work performed by World of Seeds using their Colombian Gold strain and a sativa ancestry Ruderalis. The ancestors of this strain are native landraces from the Sierra de Santa Marta in Colombia.
Growth
It exhibits a sativa hybrid phenotype, with a substantial main bud and notable side branches.
Aroma and Flavor
The prevailing smell and taste of this strain is a sweet fruity note.
Effect
This strain induces quite a euphoric high with only a few drags, and possesses beneficial medicinal properties for combating muscle pain.
Yield
Indoor grows typically yield around 500 grams per square meter. In contrast, outdoor growing can yield up to 60 grams per plant. When performing gas resin extractions, it returns about 20%.
Flowering
The plant's complete cycle lasts between 70 and 80 days, from germination to harvest.

La Huerta’s Opinion
Despite not having the same flavor as the original Colombian Gold, it is a viable choice for those seeking to grow this strain but lack the suitable location. This plant thrives well on any terrace or balcony.
