Cali Terpenes OG Kush Terpenes:
The cannabis terpene profile, OG Kush by Cali Terpenes, is a mix of botanically sourced terpenes with the aromatic profile (terpene profile) typical of the terpene extraction from the renowned cannabis strain OG Kush (Lemon Thai x Pakistan x Chemdawg)
Cali Terpenes' terpenes are 100% organically sourced (plant-based).
For the creation of the aromas (terpenes) by Cali Terpenes, certified raw materials of the highest quality are used, originating from Non-GMO crops, pesticide-free and unadulterated.
OG Kush terpenes, do not contain cannabinoids (THC, CBD, CBG, CBN,…).
Primary Terpenes in OG Kush:
Caryophyllene, Limonene, Myrcene, Linalool, Pinene, Menthol, Nerodiol.
Terpenes Modulating the Effect of the Cannabinoids:
OG Kush terpenes act in synergy with the cannabinoids, modulating their effect and quickly providing a relaxing "stoned" mental sensation and physically active and pleasant feeling.
Perfect for relieving stress and certain pains, relaxing after the day and improving mood.
Flavor and Aroma of the OG Kush Terpenes:
These OG Kush terpenes by Cali Terpenes offer a deep and citrusy aroma and flavor, with sweet touches, fruity, blueberry, and "Diesel".
Uses of the Cali Terpenes:
The cannabis aromas (terpene profiles) by Cali Terpenes are used in many different applications; however, in the cannabis and vaping industry, they're primarily used to add the aroma and flavor of specific cannabis strains to products such as:
- Vaping liquids (e-liquids).
- Cannabis extracts and concentrates (rosin, BHO, traditional hash, THC or CBD distillates for "vape cartridges" …)
- Hemp flowers or cannabis (buds).
Recommendations for Using Cali Terpenes:
Cali Terpenes' terpenes are 100% pure, without diluents or additives. They should be handled with care and shouldn't be consumed undiluted (except for taste testing on the pipettes or borosilicate vaporizers of Cali Terpenes).
1ml of terpenes = 40 drops (0.025ml per drop from the 1ml dropper). 1 drop of terpenes represents approximately 0.25% in 10ml of base:
- 1 drop in 10ml = 0.25%
- 2 drops in 10 ml = 0.50%
- 4 drops in 10ml = 1%
- 8 drops in 10ml = 2%
- 12 drops in 10ml = 3%
*We always recommend conducting tests starting from a smaller to a larger quantity on the same base, as Cali Terpenes' terpenes provide an intense flavor and aroma easily due to their degree of 100% purity.
Vaping Liquid Bases (e-liquids):
- The recommended terpene ratio for providing sufficient flavor to e-liquid bases ranges between 1 and 3% of terpenes (up to 4% can be used and 2% is typically used).
- As an example, suppose you want to flavor a 10ml e-liquid base, contributing 2% of terpenes. For this, you should only add 0.2ml of terpenes.
- Following the same ratio, if you have 100ml of e-liquid base, you should add 2ml of terpenes.
Cannabis Extracts and Concentrates:
- The recommended Cali Terpenes proportion for giving sufficient flavor and aroma to dry extractions (traditional hashish or hash, dry…), as well as BHO (shatter, live resin, wax…), rosin, THC or CBD distillates is between 1 and 3% of terpenes (up to a maximum of 4% can be used and typically 2 to 3% are used).
- Suppose, for example, you have 10gr of a cannabis concentrate, such as a distillate (commonly known as clear) and you want to add 3% terpenes. For this, you should only add 0.3ml of our terpenes.
- It's extremely useful to conduct tests starting from smaller to larger quantities, for example: 1 drop for 3gr, 1 drop for 2gr, 1 drop for 1gr… conducting a taste test a few days later to appreciate the result of the different proportions used. This way, you'll know the ideal proportion before mixing it with all the material.
- It's crucial to mix well for a uniform result, besides leaving a settling/maceration period of at least 24/48h. In this way, the terpenes will be completely integrated.

Hemp or Cannabis Flowers:
Terpenes can also be used to flavor buds of hemp or cannabis. It's not recommended to add more than 4% of terpenes as in some cases, the fragrance to apply might need to be lower as the flowers could contain some of their own terpenes. An excess of terpenes would result in an overly intense and possibly unpleasant aroma.
The ideal method of applying terpenes to buds, flowers, and dry herbs is Terps Spray.
If you have small quantities of buds, you can use these liquid terpenes in a cosmetic sprayer or similar to perform a function similar (although not as professional) to Terps Spray. It's also possible to use blotting paper with terpenes in the same container, but they tend to be better integrated when sprayed, in the case of buds.
Terpene Preservation:
Cali Terpenes containers are ideal for perfect preservation of terpenes, as they are equipped with a safety stopper, anti-leak disc, and screw cap.
- Every time you finish using the product, reset all these elements to avoid potential evaporations or contaminations.
- Terpenes are volatile elements; therefore, we always recommend preserving them in cold temperatures in the fridge (about 7ºC) to prevent potential evaporations while working with them.
- The working temperature with terpenes shouldn't exceed 60ºC, thus preventing the evaporation of the most volatile terpenes.
- Always keep the terpenes in their original container, as the material used (dark glass that doesn't allow UV penetration) is perfect for preserving thermo or photosensitive products. This way, you'll avoid potential color changes, losses, or cross-contamination (terpenes can act as diluents and corrode remains of materials such as some plastics).
Certificates of Cali Terpenes:
- Cali Terpenes S.L. is registered as an export company in the FDA (Food and Drugs Association).
- Its products adhere to European vaping regulations.
Awards:
- Award for Best Post-Cultivation Product at Spannabis 2019.
