Cali Terpenes are 100% pure, without diluents or additives. You should handle them with caution and must not consume them undiluted (except for tastings on the borosilicate pipettes or vaporizers by Cali Terpenes).
1ml of terpenes = 40 drops (0.025ml per drop from the 1ml dropper). 1 drop of terpenes represents about 0.25% in 10ml of base:
1 drop in 10ml = 0.25%
2 drops in 10ml = 0.50%
4 drops in 10ml = 1%
8 drops in 10ml = 2%

Vaping liquids (e-liquids):

- Following the same proportion, if you had 100ml of e-liquid base, you should add 2ml of terpenes.
Cannabis extracts and concentrates:
- The recommended proportion of Cali Terpenes for adding enough flavor and aroma to dry extractions (traditional hashish, dry...), as well as BHO (shatter, live resin, wax ...), rosin, THC or CBD distillates,... is between 1 and 3% of terpenes (you can use up to a maximum of 4%, with 2 to 3% being the most common).
- For example, suppose you have 10 grams of a cannabis concentrate, let’s say a distillate (commonly known as clear), and you want to add 3% of terpenes. For this, you just have to add 0.3ml of our terpenes.
- It is very useful to do tests in lower to higher amounts, for example: 1 drop for 3gr, 1 drop for 2gr, 1 drop for 1gr… perform a tasting after a few days to appreciate the result of the different proportional used, since this way you’ll know the ideal proportion before mixing it with all the material.
- It is very important to make a good blend to achieve a homogeneous result, as well as leaving a resting/maceration time of at least 24/48 hours, during which time the terpenes will fully integrate.

Hemp or Cannabis flowers:
Terpenes can also be used to flavor buds, whether hemp or cannabis. It is not recommended to add more than 4% of terpenes, and in some cases the amount of aroma to apply may be less because the flowers may contain some of their own terpenes. An excess of terpenes would result in an aroma that is too intense and possibly unpleasant.
The ideal method for applying terpenes to buds, flowers and dry herbs is Terps Spray.
In the case of having small quantities of buds, you can use these liquid terpenes in a cosmetic sprayer or similar to do something similar (but not as professional) to Terps Spray. You can also use a paper soaked in terpenes in the same container, but they are usually more integrated when sprayed, in the case of buds.
Conservation of terpenes:

- Each time you finish using the product, put all these elements back to prevent possible evaporations or contaminations.

- The working temperature with terpenes should not exceed 60ºC, this way you will avoid the evaporation of the most volatile terpenes.

This helps avoid possible color changes, losses or cross contamination (terpenes can act as diluents and corrode residues of materials such as some plastics).
