Northern Lights 9 is an enhanced version of the legendary Northern Lights, delivering a sizable yield with modest height and subtle color. It's an excellent strain for large-scale commercial growing. Developed by Sagarmatha seeds through crossbreeding with the cannabis strains Durban and White Widow.
After years of searching for the ideal clone, the breeders at Sagarmatha Seeds decided to create these regular seeds by crossing a Northern Lights with Durban Poison and White Widow strains.
The plants have an average height of 75 cm if they start flowering when they've reached the fifth or sixth node. They emit very little odor when green, producing large pungent buds.
Its taste is strong and slightly acidic, the burning buds emit a ripe lemon aroma.
This strain's effects are more physical than cerebral, providing a relaxing sensation and a certain heaviness in the body.
This strain has high commercial value as it can achieve great yields in indoor grows, with little effort. When grown outdoors, the yield is somewhat lower as it is not very cold tolerant.
It's very fast, ending flowering in less than 8 weeks.
In the northern hemisphere, it tends to be ready for harvest by end of September and in the southern hemisphere, it can be harvested by the end of March.
Indica Hybrid.
Northern lights 9 by Sagarmatha Seeds is one of the all-time classics in the cannabis world. If you've never grown it before, this is one of the best versions available in the market, slightly more citrusy than others.
