Type and genetics
Lockdown Kush comes in feminized seed format, and is the fruit of crossing San Fernando Valley OG x Afghani #1 created by the renowned Dutch seed bank Sensi Seeds. This genetics is 60% sativa and 40% indica, although it shows the typical indica plant shape, with all the potential offered by sativas.
Growing
Lockdown Kush is a plant that can reach 100cm indoors with ease, while in outdoor cultivation this plant will easily exceed 150cm in height. The size in both cases will be bushy, with multiple side branches that will almost equal the main one, and all of them will be covered with heavy and resinous flowers. The internodal distance will be average, and will appreciate some removal of low leaves to let in light and air, and thus avoid harmful internal microclimates.
Aroma and flavor
The smell while Lockdown Kush is developing is relatively low, so a good anti-odor system will be enough to keep the garden discreet. Its citrus aroma becomes more intense once the flowers have dried and cured properly. It is advisable to make use of good boxes for curing the flowers.
Effect
Lockdown Kush from Sensi Seeds offers an experience in terms of effects. The beginning is with a feeling of euphoria and carefree typical of the Sativa ancestry of this genetics, but that gradually turns into a pronounced relaxing effect that gradually invades the entire body of the user, reaching a state of total body relaxation, which can dissipate some muscle discomfort.

Opinion of the garden
Lockdown Kush from Sensi Seeds is a very bushy plant, with very wide leaves. It's important to keep the most hidden parts well cleaned with regular pruning, to allow the flow of air and the passage of light, in order to avoid negative microclimates that favor the appearance of pests such as fungi. It is also important to use a preventive in order to completely avoid the appearance of fungi.
Lockdown Kush will give heavy flowers in all its branches, so it will be necessary to use some mesh or tutor in order to prevent the branches from breaking under the weight of the flowers.
