What are Vaping Flavors?

Nowadays, there are many available options to personalize flavors that make up the e-liquid vaping experience.

Vaping simulates the habit of smoking but replaces traditional cigarettes with an electronic unit that creates vapor, or a very fine mist, which means there's no combustion (burning) in vaping devices.

E-liquid's are primarily composed of a base, usually Propylene Glycol (PG) and Vegetable Glycerin (VG), flavoring or aroma, and sometimes nicotine or other elements such as CBD.

Among these components and flavorings are cannabis terpene profiles, which are mixtures of aromatic molecules of botanical origins that provide the characteristic flavors of different cannabis strains.

Some examples of terpenes include limonene, found in citrus peels, linalool, found in lavender essential oil, pinene, found in pine needles, and myrcene, common in hops and thyme.

How to Use Vaping Flavors

There are four types of vaporizers, ranging from disposable e-cigarettes to Pod-Mods, which use refillable or pre-filled cartridges. Home experimentation with these systems has led to the expansion of vaping flavors, which serve as ingredients for recipes tailored to consumer's preferences.

By mixing a base of propylene glycol and/or vegetable glycerin with terpenes and other components (THC, CBD, Nicotine etc.), a liquid is obtained that, after proper maturation in a glass bottle stored in a dark and moisture-free area, provides a satisfying and flavorful experience, without the notable consequences of burning tobacco.
