CANNA FLUSH

Type and Use

Canna Flush from Canna is used to flush out the salt from the substrate. It's beneficial in scenarios of over-fertilization, for flushing the plant of salts at the end of the flowering stage, or for removing salts when reusing the substrate.

Plant Benefits

• Flushes out excess salts from the substrate without eliminating beneficial bacteria and fungi,
• The elimination of excess salts from plants contributes to an improved taste and aroma.
• Helpful in flushing out salts and reusing inert substrates such as expanded clay, coco, etc.

Instructions and Dosage

• To flush excess nutrients in soil substrate: 2 ml of Canna Flush per liter of water, water until it drains from underneath the pot. Rinse with water and continue with the normal fertilization cycle.
• To flush excess nutrients in hydroponic substrates, only for open systems: 4ml of Canna Flush per liter of water, water until 10 to 20% of it drains. Rinse with water until it drains and continue with the normal fertilization regimen, letting 10 to 20% of it drain.
• To end the cultivation: 2ml of Canna Flush per liter of water. Apply once a week in the last two weeks. Rinse with water.

• To reuse substrates: 4ml of Canna Flush per liter of water. Soak for 24 hours. Rinse with the same amount of tap water.

Here at La Huerta, we recommend using Canna Flush in case of over-fertilization or in situations where the origin of the deficiency or excess is unknown. Canna Flush allows you to reset the substrate and start fresh. For regular maintenance throughout cultivation, we recommend Canna Cannazym.
