Type and genetics
The Buddha White Widow feminized cannabis strain by Buddha Seeds is the result of a great selection and cross of White Widow plants to find a stable specimen with the characteristics of this strain.
Growth
Buddha White Widow grows vigorously with the appearance of an Indica, with wide dark green leaves. It adapts well to all types of substrate and has been a strrain grown for decades using hydroponic methods in the Netherlands and in the ground in Spain. It develops well in indoor as well as outdoor cultivation.
Aroma and taste
Its complex terpene profile produces an intense spicy flavor with notes of pine that evoke turpentine and a touch of wood.
The breeders focused on stabilizing the shape of this plant, and leaving a slight variation of aromatic phenotypes so that the user can select the one they likes the most.
Effect
It has a powerful narcotic effect that, after a brief initial feeling of euphoria, gives way to a pleasant relaxation. An ideal strain for experienced consumers, for consuming at night and releasing tension and stress. A special plant for those that love intense "stoned" sensations.
Useful for stimulating the appetite and treating insomnia.
Production
White Widow owes its name to the amount of resin that bathes the buds and leaves of this plant; visually, its flowers seem to be "frosted" with the amount of shiny resin that covers them, adding to its potent effect.
Indoors, it's possible to obtain yields between 500 and 650 grams per square meter and outdoors between 500 and 2000 grams per plant grown in the ground or in big pots.
Flowering
In tents and grow-rooms it's ready to harvest 9 to 10 weeks after changing the light cycle to 12/12 hours. It develops very well using the Sea of Green technique when grown from cuttings, and using the screen and Screen of Green technique when grown from seed or cuttings.
Flowering in outdoor crops
Grown outdoors or in greenhouses, this classic strain will be ready to harvest during the second half of October in the northern hemisphere and during the second half of April in the southern hemisphere.
It's advisable to use a plant support ring during the flowering stage to increase flower yield and size.
Percentage Sativa/Indica
Indica-dominant hybrid.

La Huerta's opinion
Buddha White Widow by Buddha Seeds is the current version of a classic commercial strain; a powerful, delicious and high-yielding plant. To achieve great yields and express this strain's flavour to the maximum, we recommend using fertilizers and additives found in the Top Crop Master Pack.
