Type and Genetics:
The seeds, Apricot Candy, are offspring of a cross between Dutch Dragon, an award winner at numerous contests, and Thin Mint, a Cookies strain selected among many for its unique terpene profile. Terpenes are molecules that give plants their distinctive aromas and flavors.
Growth:
Thanks to their sativa genes, they'll grow both tall and wide, being a plant of medium difficulty.
Aroma and Flavor:
Its unique taste is recognized as excellent among true gourmets. Sweet notes of vanilla cake and juicy fruits like fresh fig, smooth apple and tender apricots.
Effect:
A potent mental blast, thanks to a percentage of up to 20% THC. The dragon's wings will accompany us for about half an hour, to gently deposit us on a Californian beach where we can relax.
Yield:
Ideal for Mediterranean climates and outdoor grows. Don't be fooled by its varied colors that appear during growth. This plant is capable of producing up to 550g/m2 indoors and up to 1000g/m2 outdoors.
Flowering:
The seeds of Apricot Candy will be ready to harvest within 65 days after the beginning of the flowering stage. Harvest in late October (northern hemisphere), or mid to late April (southern hemisphere), outdoors. Indoors, its flowering period is less than nine weeks.
Sativa/Indica Percentage:
70% Sativa – 30% Indica
Cannabinoids:
+20% THC
La Huerta's Opinion:
Due to its genetic attributes, Apricot Candy might be better suited to open spaces, where the primary concern will be ensuring they don't grow too large.
