Be careful, it's essential to avoid any liquids getting inside; the activated charcoal lining could permanently lose its properties.
On the other hand, the effectiveness of the charcoal spikes may diminish over time. To address this issue, turn the bag inside out and place it in the sun for ten minutes on a cool day.
You can also turn the bag inside out and run it through the dryer or use a low-temperature hairdryer. This will reactivate the charcoal lining and growers can reuse the bag.
