The Afghan Hash Plant regular cannabis strain by Barney's Farm is the classic hash plant from the north of Afghanistan, an indica strain from the 70's, full of trichomes, selected among the most productive, with a delicious citrus flavor with notes of sandalwood.

The first Afghan strains arrived via travelers on their way to India, and soon attracted the attention of the breeders of the first Dutch seed banks because of their high resin content. Afghan Hash Plant is a faithful representative of these plants that have set a standard among indica strains.

Type and genetics

Afghan Hash Plant regular cannabis seeds by Barney's Farm are the result of an extensive work of selection of seeds from the region of Mazar i Shariff in northern Afghanistan. The result is a powerful old school indica that's fast and tasty.

Growth

This strain grows with an indica appearance, with thick leaves and medium/short distance between nodes. It develops very well indoors, outdoors and in soil, coco or hydroponic substrates. Its very easy to grow.

Aroma and taste

Afghan Hash Plant has an intense terpene profile in which fruity flavours are appreciated, especially citrus, with notes of sandalwood very pleasant. A classic Old School flavor that continues to delight new generations.

Effect

This strain produces a relaxing narcotic effect of indica that can leave the most experienced anchored to the couch. An ideal high to smoke after the day, night use, to increase appetite or to combat insomnia.

Yield

It flowers with dense buds and loaded with trichomes even on the leaves, what you expect from a classic Afghan resin producer. Indoors the production is average and outdoors you can obtain up to 700 g per plant grown in soil or in large pots.

Flowering indoors

Grown in rooms or closets, it completes flowering in 50 - 60 days, after the vegetative phase. Attention should be paid if it stretches a little when it enters flowering. It develops very well in SOG crops.

Flowering outdoors

Outdoors or in greenhouses it is ready to harvest during the second half of September in the northern hemisphere and in the second half of March in the southern hemisphere. It's not a very tall plant but if grown in soil or in large pots it can reach 2 meters.
